The USPTO has issued a Certificate of Registration to RISC LLC for the RISC mark, namely in connection with the following services: Investigation of assets, credit reports, fiscal assessments, business records, and collection reports, for business transactions; business services, namely background screening for the purposes of mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions on behalf of others, in International Class 35; Private investigation and consultation services; pre-employment background screening; alternative dispute resolution and litigation support; investigation of assets, credit reports, fiscal assessments, business records, and collection reports for security or authentication purposes; and expert witness services in legal matters in the field of business due diligence, in International Class 45. The USPTO has also issued a Certificate of Registration to RISC LLC for the RISC global design mark designated to the aforementioned International Classes 35 and 45; and the blue shaded globe with white gridlines are claimed as a feature of the mark.
